Meditation or “dhyana” is a potent way to harness the amazing powers of brain- it is an extreme form of concentration and help you detach from unwarranted and overindulgence in worldly affairs. It is conceived that all divine powers dwell in the heart and through meditation we can easily unlock them. It can provide answers to all your problems, in other words it helps you take charge of your life. Once you are able to evoke your powers through meditation, you can easily rule your life.
